Senior Real Estate Consultant

Freezoner is expanding its services and launching a new Real Estate department to cater to the growing needs of our clients. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Consultant to drive the development of this new division. This is a commission-based role where you will have the opportunity to build the real estate operations from the ground up while working with some of the largest clients in the UAE  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain strong B2B relationships with developers and key players in the UAE real estate market. 
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with developers, securing strategic partnerships and collaborations. 
  • Register Freezoner’s license with all major developers in the UAE to ensure active participation in real estate projects across all emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and others.
  • Identify, recommend, and optimize real estate solutions tailored to the needs of Freezoner’s diverse client base, including startups, SMEs, and large corporations.
  • Leverage Freezoner’s extensive client network to generate leads and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Freezoner team to understand client requirements and provide the best real estate solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and business success.
  • Manage the entire real estate process from deal initiation to execution, offering professional insights and advice to clients along the way.
  • Build and develop the real estate department, setting up processes and strategies for growth. 
  • Work flexibly and independently, ensuring that business goals and client requirements are met

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven experience in the UAE real estate market, with a strong network of developers, builders, and industry contacts. 
  • Previous experience in setting up and managing real estate departments or businesses is a significant plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a track record of successfully closing high-value deals. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and other Emirates, with the ability to identify opportunities for clients. 
  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (required). 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
